Description
Beef rump steak is a cut of beef taken from the hindquarter (rear) of the cow, specifically from the rump. It’s leaner than many other steaks, such as ribeye, but still has a robust beef flavour. When cooked correctly, it’s tender enough for grilling or pan-frying, though it can become tough if overcooked.
