Description
Pork Front Hocks (also known as pork fore hocks or front shanks) are cuts taken from the lower front leg of the pig, between the shoulder and the foot. They contain a combination of lean meat, connective tissue, skin, and bone, making them ideal for slow cooking. As they cook, the collagen breaks down into gelatin, creating tender, flavorful meat and rich broths.

Quality is good though. Lots of pockets for hand tools and storage. Fit reminds me of 90’s jeans. Down size for length and waist is true to size.

Love the knee pad pockets, I kneel a lot & rarely were out the knees. Love the pockets on the right outer thigh for knife & pencils…
